Haselünne, September 27, 2018 – Berentzen-Gruppe Aktiengesellschaft is making changes in the management of its subsidiary, TMP Technic-Marketing-Products GmbH. Ulrico Becker, the managing director to date, has been dismissed effective as of September 30, 2018. From October 1, 2018 onwards, the provider of fresh juice systems based in Linz, Austria, will be managed by Thomas Hochreiter. TMP develops and markets fresh juice systems with the components of Citrocasa-branded fruit presses, untreated fruit (frutas naturales) and suitable bottles.

“Over the course of his previous professional career, Thomas Hochreiter has gained excellent skills specifically in the development and expansion of international markets, in drafting and implementing integrated business plans and in consistent promotion of innovations,” explains Oliver Schwegmann, one of Berentzen-Gruppe Aktiengesellschaft’s Executive Board members. At the age of 44, the business engineer brings an in-depth understanding of technical equipment with him. “This distinctive profile means that Thomas Hochreiter is outstandingly suited to take on the role as managing director and join us in shaping TMP’s future,” says Schwegmann with conviction. “Our objective is now to establish ourselves as the quality and innovation leader in the field of fresh juice systems and to maintain this position over the long term. Thomas Hochreiter will contribute the right skills and the necessary experience to implement this agenda.”

Mr. Hochreiter most recently held the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Belgian brewer Unibra S.A., where he was responsible for integrated management of the company. He first joined the beverages industry in 2009 as General Manager at Namibia Breweries Ltd., which at the time belonged to the Diageo group. Further stages in Thomas Hochreiter’s career include positions at BMW and Siemens.
