Start of apprenticeship 2019

The start of the apprenticeship for our new apprentices started with the introductory week. The apprentices first got to know each other in a relaxed introductory round and discussed their goals and expectations in a group exercise.

In addition to exciting insights into the daily work of marketing, the apprentices got to know the historic Berentzen Hof. The apprentices got to know different areas and colleagues right from the start. During the week there was also a trainee fit in the local fitness studio as well as an IT training that was carried out by our prospective IT specialists. During a tasting of our Vivaris products the "new ones" were able to demonstrate their sense of taste.

After the many new inputs from the past few days, a barbecue evening with all apprentices was a successful conclusion in Haselünne. The week was rounded off with a visit to our Berentzen production facility in Minden and a tour of the warehouse in Stadthagen.

Overall, we can look back on a great week with many new impressions, which made it very pleasant for our apprentices to start their careers.
